Dr. George Parris has his Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counselling, with cognates in Counselling Psychology and Organizational Development from Michigan State University. He is a License Professional Counsellor, Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor, and Nationally Certified Psychologist. He is also a Senior Disability Analyst and Diplomate of the American Board of Disability Analyst. He is certified as a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) trainer, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) trainer, and Trauma Informed Care (TIC) trainer.
George has 20 plus years in providing organizational development training to organizations including state agencies, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, community mental health agencies, government health care agencies, school boards, etc. He has presented at more than 50 national and local conferences throughout North America. George served as the Coordinator of the Masters of Arts Rehabilitation Counseling Program and Doctoral Coordinator for the Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counsellor Education program and professor at Wayne State University for 20 years.

Dr. Grbevski has over 25 years of experience in the field of Health care system in the community and hospital setting. She has her doctorate in Counsellor Education, with cognates in Rehabilitation Counselling and Educational Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
In her former roles, Dr. Grbevski held positions as Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, Mental Health Addictions and many more throughout the years. Her portfolio ranges from Adult Mental Health and Addictions, Children & Youth mental health, acute care and rehabilitation. In addition, she was an Adjunct Professor in the Rehabilitation Counselling program at Wayne State University until 2019. She has led significant initiatives within her community and introduced new levels of services, unique to Ontario. This includes services such as Transitional Stability Crisis and Wellness Centre, and Community Outreach and Support Team (COAST) to name a few.
Dr. Grbevski has been in leadership positions for many years and her style and technique, promotes clear, collaborative skills in a challenging and respectful learning environment. Dr. Grbevski goals are to create an environment that inspires, empowers, and transforms all individuals into a culture that embraces respect, empathy, and leadership.
