TEAM BUILDING USING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

OVERVIEW

Today people are spending less time together; but even if they are in the office, that time is often dictated by need, workload, goals, and other business requirements. Spending time together learning about self and others is a great way to get to know each other in a more personal and enlightened way.  Regardless of the size of your business, TEAM BUILDING is a great way to develop Improved communication skills, Create Trust, and Improve Team Collaboration


Our Team Building training uses Emotional intelligence (EI) to provide insight on how emotion influences motivation and behavior. Research shows that EI improves success at work, often by magnitude and help individuals understand how mood plays a key role in how they interact with their peers and the people they serve.  

With our Team Building training using EI, individual’s will understand the impact of how mood affects their ability to interact and engage with their team and subsequently how this affects their ability to engage with each other and the community they serve. Individuals with high levels of EI can monitor her/ his moods through Self-Awareness, change them if needed through Self-Management, understand their impact through Emotional Management and Empathy, and act in ways that boost others’ moods through Relationship Management. 


This in turn will give them better insight and control over their actions and emotions. With a greater understanding of emotions, good relationships will be optimized by predictable, open, and enlightened relationships, i.e., transparency, integrity, honesty, among others.
